Exchange or return policy

Returns are accepted (only for rare cases of non-compliant / defective goods) or size changes no later than 7 days from the date of receipt of the order. The garments must be sent at the expense of the buyer to an address to be agreed. In the rare event that the garment is non-compliant or defective, all costs will be borne by OnlyDripUk. Any damage to the product, not dependent on manufacturing defects, does not fall within the practice of return or exchange, therefore a partial and / or null refund will be provided. In the event that OnlyDripUk deems that the product does not have any kind of obvious defect, the customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

Any changes to the order (change of address or cancellation) must be communicated on the day the order is placed. We do not guarantee cancellation or change of address in the following days.

In addition, some items, being sample or reselling goods, may have small defects that do not in any case affect the quality of the product itself to prevent its use.

For multiple orders, one or more addresses may be provided depending on whether the items received come from the same supplier or from different suppliers.

Edenay Store refunds the entire amount of the item, only and exclusively in the event of clear evidence that the goods received are non-compliant / defective and only in the form of a coupon that can be spent on our site.

The customer will be asked to send by email photos of the garment received highlighting its defect / non-conformity. & nbsp;

“it is not to my liking”, “I do not like”, “color slightly different from the photo” and similar examples are not sufficient proof for the refund request as they are purely subjective considerations.

For both the return and the size change, & nbsp; the garment must be returned in perfect condition , which includes & nbsp; original packaging / case and label; they must not be washed, worn or damaged in any way, this also applies to the packaging and the box, there must be no odors / perfumes. The garments must be adequately packed with the same packaging received or alternatively with a similar and compliant packaging for the transport of the same. Should at least one of the points listed above fail to be respected, Edenay Store reserves the right not to accept any request for return / exchange.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The return costs and those for sending the new product are charged to the buyer. The buyer will have to pay the amount of €50 to OnlyDripUk Store by bank transfer to the credentials sent by email. Upon receipt of the bank transfer, OnlyDripUk Store will collect the package and return the new product which will again follow the technical deadlines indicated. To avoid additional costs for changing the number, OnlyDripUk Store provides 24/7 assistance for choosing the size through official Instagram channels.

Both for size changes and for reshipment it takes about 30 days from the date of receipt of the transfer

It is not possible to make a model change.

How do I return an item?

Contact our customer service at [email protected] for your return within a maximum of 7 days from receipt of the goods. Structure the email as follows in order to provide you with a more timely service: In the subject of the email write “Return / exchange request”. In the text of the email indicate: name, surname, order number. Then specify the reason for which you want to make the return / exchange. In the case of a return request, attach several images of the product you want to return. The images must be as recent as possible, in order to assess the condition of the goods. If we receive goods in a different state from that of the pictures, the customer loses any right of return.

You will be provided with a return address.

Pack the goods carefully, possibly using the original material. Pack the goods in such a way that they cannot be damaged during shipment.

You will be contacted again by our customer service as soon as the package is received to find the best solution together. Normally it takes 20 to 30 days to receive your return in the warehouse of origin of the goods.

Parcel returned to sender?

Don’t worry it can happen for various reasons. For example your package has been damaged due to the courier so when it arrives at customs to leave the country, it is returned to the sender. When our agent receives the package, he will send it back immediately, please be patient and we apologize for the inconvenience. The timing of this process ranges from 10-15 days!
